Resident Clowns

Meet the Frisco Fire Clowns - Ashes, Red, Smokey, Skwert, and Siren.

The clowns train very hard to teach safety lessons - and even become students themselves every year at a Clown College. Once Frisco Fire Safety Town opened, Ashes, Red, Smokey, Siren, and Skwert all moved in, and now call Safety Town their home. You may see them at local parades and special events. When you do, be sure to stop by and tell them hello.

Fire Education Programs

The Frisco Fire Department's Clowns specialize in Fire Safety Education. Each October they visit all elementary schools in Frisco for Fire Prevention Month. Clown appearances are reserved only for City of Frisco-sponsored events and FISD visits during Fire Prevention Month.

October Program Registration

FISD educators can use the online calendar to schedule their yearly fire prevention programs. Registration begins in August. For other questions, contact Leslie Girdner, Community Education Coordinator at 972-292-6352.
